Managed service starts at £3,000 per month, scope-based with selected tool costs included. Typical investment is 3–5% of turnover to protect value, 5–8% to improve, and 8–15% to grow — always anchored to a financial value model, not a fixed quote.
Why is pricing based on a percentage of turnover?
Because the work is priced to the value it creates, not to hours. Anchoring investment to turnover keeps the engagement honest: you pay in proportion to the value at stake, tracked against a Financial Value Model in a live Control Centre.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Selected tool and licence costs, a live Control Centre and reporting, direct senior access, and a Financial Value Model with benefit tracking. The scope is agreed up front from your Discovery & Blueprint.
